Yeah, they probably have souls, originally being human and all, but it was confirmed that androids don't have Ki, so I don't think we can assume souls and Ki are the same thing.

I don't know anything about Nen, I'm only speaking for Bleach. If Nen has it's problems, then address them or if someone wants to support, then do so.
