Pac has things like Soul Destruction/Manipulation with his berries, better range and just has a literal wall of text for his abilites, more stamina, Possible Regenerationn Negation that nullifies up to Low Godly via eating, etc.
Felix is stronger and more durable (High 4-C), has things like Curse Manipulation and Supernatural Luck, most likely more experience (He been at it for over 60 years.), more intelligent, Existance Erasure, High-Mid Regenerationn, etc.
