I'm voting Natsu since he's almost five times stronger,has resistance to ice manip, has expierence fighting skilled Ice users, and resists time stop.

Natsu > 723 teratons and Esdeath > 154 teratons.

Natsu takes this easy, a weaker form of Natsu melted Ice that Froze other Ice, and can resist Time Stop, not to mention he had superior AP, and better hand to hand Combat, nothing Esdeath has can protect her from Natsu

Not like she's more experienced then Natsu, she isn't. She's an excellent fighter but she fought two people on her level the whole series

700+ vs 150+ Teratons?

Natsu nearly one shots, if he doesn't just one shot.

He resists Ice Powers, and her Time Stop.

Ummmm....this seems like a textbook stomp.
