Alrighty, a basic attack like that could easily be dodged by Two-Bit considering her instinctive action, enhanced senses, and acrobatics. From there she'd send a massive gust of wind with a kick and attempt to get up close for a barrage of physical attacks combined with Burn, causing large fiery explosions on impact.

Looking at the justification I would argue that's just game mechanics and I'm sure Two-Bit's Burn attacks scale higher than Fred's resistance. What does the elemental god do?

If the resistances are game mechanics, Fred would immediately extingush getting burned before wishing the Elemental God to start freezing and striking lighting towards Bit

I'm not saying the resistances are game mechanics, I'm saying specifically the halved damage is, and it shouldn't matter with Two-Bit's heat scaling via Burn. Two-Bit is immune to temperature-based attacks so those won't really matter. For lightning it depends on how Elemental God uses it. If they're just like lightning strikes, Two-Bit could probably instinctive action dodge since they're equalized to MHS+. From there, Two-Bit will activate Tension and keep going with her onslaught of Burn enhanced physical attacks.

Nah it's more of spamming it'll just follow Two-bit wherever she goes, Fred will also wish for large vines to grab Two-bit then start to crush her with it (like bug stickman).

Mr. Sir, Fred does not have Homing Attack on his profile. Two-Bit probs dodged easily considering the shit she's done before. Two-Bit could also easily just burn the vines before they even touch her. How does Fred deal with Tension? He'd be feeling pressure on his entire body and both Burn and Tension would be speeding up Two-Bit, making her even harder to hit and get even more hits on Fred. How does Fred deal with these fiery explosions?

Fred would likely be his stupid self and keep going despite the pain (he's still going to stop at points because he's y'know in pain) he'll want the Elemental God to make Magma and poisonus funguses around Two-bit and have the Elemental God just go all out on her.

Wouldn't Fred be getting killed by well... being burned by fire hotter than resists? And that's just regular Burn. If Two-Bit decides to use Burn+, what's Fred doing? It was recognized as a threat from base Sunrise, a High 6-B. Two-Bit could tank the magma and fungi would be instantly burned by Burn.
