Fire and Steel - Ghost Rider vs Superman (Post Crisis)

Premise: Ghost Rider is bringing brutal justice to a bunch of evil doers, but is happened upon by the Man of Steel, who saves said bad guys, which starts an argument over which way is best leading to conflict

Both 4-B versions of the characters, in-character and fight can end via any means necessary (note equalize speed only if necessary, but looking at both profiles, might not need to)

Inconclusive or Ghost Rider wins via penance Stare or Soul Burning, but then again, I don't know the extint to which Superman can resist those if at all.

Theoretically, the Penance Stare wouldn't kill Superman. It has been shown to work against the like of Strange, but I think Strange has killed people before, so I think the stare would only injure Superman, but not kill him.

Soulfire though I'm not sure about...

Then it's inconclusive as It depends on what state supes is left in which is unquantifiable.

Well , I do not see how Superman can win , the ghost rider has defeated Thor in combat even when he was backed up by other heroes . Superman has no divine/heaven weapon that could harm the rider . And magic affects Superman the same as humans . If you throw magical hell fire to a human well you know what happens . I do not remeber if This Superman has magical resistance feats
