This will be my final thread discussing the Danny Phantom characters Regenerationn, these threads are giving me a headache, Anyway I'm gonna get straight into it.
Regenerationn
So after going through the other threads discussing this topic I've decided to drop the Low-Godly Regenerationn attempt. Ghosts have solid Mid-High Regenerationn. Hotep RA regenerated from dust, Nocturn (Danny Phantom) regenerated from smoke and lastly every ghost that was sucked into the Fenton Thermos has Mid-High Regenerationn due to the fact that the Fenton Thermos is forcibly broken down to a gas state and compressed, upon their release the can Instantly restore their physical forms.
I originally thought they were broken down to pure energy but this is unbacked and in the episode "Reign Storm" when multiple ghosts come out of the Specter Speeder as gas and restore their physical forms. Danny asks "How did they cram all of you into the Specter Speeder?", Ember McLain replies saying "Hey, ever been inside your stupid Thermos?". Ember is implying that it's similar to being inside the Thermos.
This will also Downgrade Undergrowth because he actually doesn't possess Low-Godly but something else.
Immortality
So what Undergrowth and Technus did wasn't regenerating from complete destruction, they actually did the same thing Kitty did to Jazz. Ghosts should have Immortality Type 6, for those who don't know what that is... Parasitic: The character is able to attain a sort of immortality by abandoning bodies whenever necessary to transfer their consciousness to another body, whether they are possessing someone else or switching to a backup body.
Undergrowth placed his consciousness and will inside all plant life. So after Danny destroyed his core body and all his ghostly plants died, he later regenerates from the ground. Kitty did the same thing, placing her energy inside her clothing which allowed her to literally form herself around Jazz and remove her consciousness from her body and replace it with her own. Technus placed his energy which contained his consciousness inside the junk in Danny's garage and when his plan was complete he easily pulled all the infected pieces back together and after Danny used the thermos on Technus while he was in his battle suit, Technus physical form was sucked out.
This means ghost can infected people or objects with their energy that contains their consciousness and regenerate new bodies. This isn't unique to just those three, as multiple ghosts have placed their energy into objects to control them and bring them to life. Poindexter released his energy throughout Danny's school and took control of multiple objects and had them attack the students and he wasn't even in the room. The Lunch Lady Ghost put her energy into meat and brings it to life. Even when Danny smashes down on her giant meant form and splatters it into chunks, the real lunch lady floats over to him unharmed even though she fused herself with the meat. This is because her energy remained inside the meat so she could simply make a new form. Seconds later, smaller meat clones spawn from the meat remains because it still held her energy inside it, she was even able to bring three stoves to life with her energy. Skulker puts his energy into his Suit which allows it to move, make facial expressions and even turn into energy but as soon as he leaves the suit it becomes completely hollow and lifeless. Even Vlad's Ghost Half corrupted and merged with Danny's Ghost Half.
So basically a ghosts energy acts as an infection that allows them to bring things to life and restore their forms from a tangible source. This also scales to Danny to because even he can put his energy into objects and Poindexter stated he possess all their powers and this isn't something special, the ghost may have their own gimmick but they are all doing the same thing. So while they can't regenerate from just their energy alone, they can regenerate new bodies from objects that contain their energy. So considering most ghosts have homes in the Ghost Zone that they made from their own energy they will technically regenerate but it would be back in the Ghost Zone so it isn't combat accessable unless they do it on that plane.
