Well this is the reason of why I was banned for one month ( -one f**kin* month). but I recognized my error so we are here.

Well as I said/edit before, Djinn should have two keys (Restricted | Unrestricted), why? Well as is showed here the Djinn can warp the Persa Empire when he is restricted to the laws of the Djinns, this is a City Level feat.

What about the Unrestricted key?? Well he stated that e withouth his restrictions would be able to take all the world with his powers, so he will be likely Planet Level (I cannot find the exactly scene, but if you want to confirm it it's after the Casino Scene in Wishmaster 2 :u).

Also, as showed here the Djinn fought against the Archangel Gabriel so Idk why his strength it's in unknown level when obviously this is at least Street Level ;V (this scalling to his durability, in other scene Djinn was stabbed into a wall).

And his speed, it's easily Subsonic Level via this (sorry I just only find the scene in this video :v, also here is a good analysis to Wishmaster, but it's in spanish so... xd).

So, Wishmaster it's City Level while he's restricted, and likely Planet Level when it's unrestricted, Subsonic speed and at least Street to Wall Level strenght/durability.
