since Kassad fought Shrike, who got upgraded to immeasurbale today, shouldnt he scale for immeasurable aswell?

I think Immeasurable speed is where scaling is no longer enough to upgrade a character because thats not how immeasurable and irrelevant speed works. This looks legit though because both of them were stated to be fighting in an out-of-time place and are both outside of time

Im pretty sure shrike was shown to be a future version of kassad at one point, he can also move through time like shrike
