Fate also has like, wayyyy better hax. Spawn has no necrotic energy to feed off of Fate, especially since he's holy. Not to mention, Fate can change Spawn's mindset, making him a good guy. Fate wins easily for these reasons.

Actually, it's no mismatch. Spawn has insane regen, which Fate can overtax. However, he also is somewhat Non-Corpreal. This will be a good match and a decent challenge. When all is said and done, Fate wins High-Low difficulty or Low-Mid.
