Fate character tier adjustment

First of all, I would like to say that this is more of an arrangement than a discussion.

We all know that the 6th dimension is 1-C. Because of this, I think some characters' profiles need to be updated.

1) Excalibur

We all know that excalibur is a 6 dimensional sword. At least that's what this Vs battles wiki says. So it should be in tier 1-C.

2) Saber (Artoria Pendragon)

Saber is the user of the sword and excalibur is her noble phamtasm. She has the sword. So I think he will also rise to rank 1-C.

3) Archer (Gılgamesh)

We all know that if Enkidu hadn't stopped him, Enuma Elish would have destroyed the Earth in which Excalibur was located. So that puts him in tier 1-C.

Please, it says so on the profiles. I don't think there is any need to push it too hard.

It'd still be possibly 1-C since the possibly is based on 8-D moon cell. Just 1-C possibly 1-C

I know that but we can arrange it like this for saber and excalibur. 1-C is probably higher. For Gilgamesh, 1-C is probably higher, with Enuma elish it's much higher.

The power difference between 6D and 8D is huge, so I think this needs to be detailed.

There are a lot more characters across Nasu that have the Low 1-C scaling. Sigurd and Napoleon come to mind immediately. But if 6-D is now 1-C, then I see no reason to disagree.

Obviously, yeah. I was stating the tiering one, the ap section should just have a detailed explanation after the Higher rating, probably adding a 8-D smth to it to make sense.

Stopping the Sefar with a sword will put him in this tier. I don't think there will be a problem with that.

Excalibur notably gets stronger when it receives the support of the planet. Especially against threats to the world. Hence why it was so strong against Sefar.

Once again, Saber's first three keys do not have access to the Tier 1 Excalibur. Excalibur has a varying power mechanism where it gets stronger when used against threats to the world. This is why it could one shot Sefar, heavily injure Cernnunnos, and was used as a trump card against U-Olga Marie. Notably in LB7, Excalibur doesn't do anything to U Olga Marie because she is not a Threat to the World. You need more proof to add Tier 1 scaling to base servant Artoria. Extella Artoria is fine to change, and so is Gil.
