So in Fallout 4 youhead to the vaults just as the bombs explode withyour family. Except Codsworth who we know stood back at the house and there for the whole time your frozen. Which brings up the quesion how much force did he actually survive.
Heres what we know
1. Codsworth did stay at the house in Sanctuary
2. We know exactly where the bomb dropped thanks to the glowing sea and the crater.
3. Codsworth was at the house basically all 200 of the years and it is very unlikely that it was others that destroyed the houses
4. Most houses are ripped apart or compltely collapsed.
5. We know the force of the bomb reaches the town because if in the game you don't run to the vault the bombs drop anyway and kill you. As well as many other people like the military.

So i am trying to figure out what level in durability that would be for codsworth. He really only has a few dents and scratches as even said by him and the town is almost compltely wrecked. But i am not sure if that is anywhere from maybe city block to town.
