I just don't agree with Base Wendy getting that scaling yet, Haku's intentionally not trying to hurt her and basicall no diffs her in every moment

The clash happened when Haku was actually fighting seriously, that's the thing. And given she could momentarily clash with him and took that attack just fine, I would not call that "no-diffing her."

You should both provide some citation tbh, that way others can judge the arguments.

Personally speaking I feel like Base Wendy scaling to Haku seems a lil outlierly. Her performance was pretty inconsistent imo.
