I vote for Brad. He's far more trained in fighting and has much more skill, allowing him to manhandle Peter. While Peter's Regenerationn may be an obstacle, Brad will kill him eventually.

@Arsenal Peter doesn't really have any set of powers close basic toonforce aside from 4th Wall Breaking and Broadway Force, neither of wich should really affect durability in any concieveable way.

The fight explains Wall level durability not based on toonforce. (Actually Peter's dura is actually based on a freefall from space but whatever). Long story shot, Peter's natural strength doesn't come from actual toonforce and toonforce doesn't inherently make a feat more legit than another feat fo similar power.
