Like I said, there were no criminal activities. There was no doxing. If we were in a court, the judge would laugh at this. But we aren't and there isn't much you can do here.

And yes, you may indeed use the privacy of your own Discord server (in this case) to discuss anything you want, as long it's not a criminal offense.

Pretty sure slandering and death threats are criminal acts.

To be fair, I do agree with the idea of being able to say whatever one would like in their own privacy to vent it off. It's essentially the idea of being able to voice your viewpoints on something without attempting to start up something huge in the community. Then again, I side with ProfessorLord on this idea. It's okay to talk about something in your own privacy - be it angrily or not - but if it's specifically stuff like "I want to DOX this guy" and you proceed to post their personal details and do stuff like plan on finding the person in real life and harming them or personally attacking someone (and enacting it, so this would be like "planning a raid"), then there's definitely a problem. Especially if they're literally threatening someone (Sera) over this.

I will close the thread. I definitely do not appreciate the rationalisations. Especially not from ThisIsMySwagPack who me and Kepekley just gave a second chance/unblocked after he apologised, since he was new to the Discord group.

Kepekley can reopen it if he wishes.

Discord has community guidelines which have been broken several times by them.

I don't see what more evidence you need when pictures of her family members are being posted without her consent.

I do think it involved you saying something like "Seems like we're getting mountain level Naruto bois" while linking my Naruto 7-A revision, with your name being Jack something, although that might have been their Rocker leak instead. They also posted a link to Rocker's facebook there, I believe, so I might be mixing both up.

I do seriously not get how posting a picture of you (that they dont believe you to be) or your child (that they do not even believe exists) is that big of a deal. Why did you give them access to the pictures in the first place if you do not want to have anyone to see them. I mean, they must have gotten these pictures somehow, or? So either it was from your Social Media OR from yourself.

I just seriously do not see the harm done. I mean, as far as I am aware, these pictures were only used to see if it was ACUTALLY you in them.

Once again Hei, Flo got it from the Google Hangouts which was a private chat, screenshot them and posted them there. This was explained early in this thread. Also, those were posted there without her permission as they were only for those of her private chat to see.
