Title, it basically is the opposite of Acausality 2, where your character basically does not exist "now" but "then" and "soon", and then having duplicates who exist in every point in the past and future?

Sounds annoying. The character would most likely be Non-Existent on some level.

I was thinking Acausality 3, but not existing in the present would be hard to determine, temporal nonexistence? Is that a thing?

Doubt it. It's just a guy nobody could observe cuz the notion of "past" and "future" is rather vague and subjective.

i don't know who in their right mind would want to brainstorm making that thing fit in any narrative just for its uniqueness

I could see it working on some level- perhaps it’s a mild roadblock, and the characters have to abuse some form of precog/postcognition to fight him.
Definitely can’t see it being a main antagonist though.

Imagine an entity with this ability as a villain in a time travel movie
To the time-traveler though, it is the present, as it is for the villain at the time.
From an outsider perspective, it’s the past, but when you consider the character’s point of view it’s the present.

In fact, a time travel movie is exactly where this character doesn’t belong for those exact reasons.
