Exactly How Fast Are Frieza Saga Characters?

They should be in the Massively FTL level, since Raditz Saga Piccolo is FTL since his attack hit the Moon in less than 5 seconds, and his Special Beam Canon is stated to be lightspeed, AND Kid Goku reacted to Tien's Solar Flare (when i say reacted, i mean run several meters back and forth to get sunglasses on the other side of the Tournament stage), but they aren't for some reason.

Goku, at a power level of 3,000,000, travelled half the planet Namek (1/3 the size of Earth) in practically a single second. This feat would require Goku to be 1/15 the speed of Light. With Kaioken 15+ and Super Saiyan (A x50 multiplier), making Super Saiyan Goku fairly above light speed, but not massively.
