Evolving Monsters - Garou vs DCEU!Doomsday

Garou for precognition on top of reactive evolution. In addition, Garou will get used to how Doomsday fights as the fight prolongs.

garou for reasons above. he's capable of stomping a mountain level monster who stomped a bunch of mountain/city level heroes.
Doomsday is one the higher end of mountain.

So how much weaker is this version of doomsday than the original? Isn't he the guy who revives fully immune to whatever killed him? Anyways despite having evolution as a power they are still subject to the NLF rule, so we assume their strongest shown feat is their strongest possible feat right? I go with Garou, his reactive evolution is better (his fighting technique evolves as well, to the point where he's seemingly untouchable) than this doomsday, a lot tankier too, and also the fact that DCEU Doomsday doesn't seem to have the revival ability, Garou doesn't hit that hard though so this will be a long drawn out fight.

garou should win this easily with reactive evolution and him being able to quickly adapt to superalloy darkshines attack who has mountain level attacks

Garou is mountain level through scaling to city level characters. Doomsday's mountain level feat was 989.291 megatons, when small island starts at 1 gigaton.

No level of reactive evo or precog is going to surmount such an AP disadvantage. This should not added.

To be fair, Garou gets his Mountain level from briefly overpowering Overgrown Rover, who overpowered Bang, Bomb, Genos and Fubuki. Bang and Bomb are Mountain level, and Genos and Fubuki are the city levelers.

Note that we only start with Human Garou, which means that as the fight goes on he'll eventually become Monster Garou. Can human Garou survive long enough to evolve into Monster Garou? yes. Apart from DD's AOE attack (which has a long cast time) all others could be evaded (Batman could do it) or redirected.

Garou obviously isn't going to turn monster in this fight, or else this becomes a horrific stomp.

To be fair, Doomsday does have multiple energy blasts that don't require a charge up time, giving him a huge advantage in range.

Why can't he?
Because then Doomsday is going to have to fight a Sub-Relativistic, Mulit-Continent/Planet buster and get horrifically stomped. This match is only assuming Doomsday will be fighting the Mountain level key on Garou's profile.
