The mask has a special symbols that essentially hack into the human brain and rewrite it to be violent towards all other humans and makes them stronger+ gives the a superhuman skill level with a certain weapon. You'd actually probably be fine since you're only part human, I was just joking. It's from Tenkuu Shinpan, great manga.

Vegas is the only city in the US that isn't destroyed. Currently Odd is spreading Reggie 's name as he helps the rescue effort in other cities. We have not fought the threat.
