Everybody Wants to Rule the World 18

To Whom It May Concern,

I, Omni, heave decided to organize a competition of multiple beings who have been granted power from across the worlds they have been scattered to. These will be the strongest of each world, and unlike my previous tests, will be completely optional, and can be declined. These letters have been sent to those who are both strong and hold great authority on their world. The majority of these people must accept for this to join. If you desire to join, merely sign your name on the letter.

At current, I've chugged precisely 40 bottles of Sake, my kidneys nearing like, total ******* collapse, thank god for willpower... and just to be clear this isn't "Spiral" or anything, I'm pretty sure using that shit to make this easier would constitute as cheating, this is pure, unadulterated, NONSPIRAL willpower.
