A dozen lightning bolts come out of the sky and create a literally impassable wall around Vegas.

Lightning stops, which makes me assume think there's no point for there to be lightning, because either the threat is gone, or is already inside the city.

Watching for a chance to attack him with enormous thunder bolts. . . instead of the Light of Judgment or Ultima, which might cause collateral damage.
