DC have better star cluster+ level (Superman, Lobo ect. They are better then Hulk, Thor ect) characters and better gods (some of DC gods can destroy multiverses/hyperverses and they showed this. Marvel have zero multiversal+ or hyperversal+ gods. If they can exist in higher dimensions it doesn't make them as strong. Also they was beaten by 4-dimensional creatures - Beyonders).

Not sure about Marvel street levels vs DC street levels.
