R1: normally i would say Dooku due to mind hax, but he doesn't use it straight off the bat in character, so i can see them having a far more balanced match with it eventually leading to Dooku's victory via mindhax

R2:Sasuke would one shot..but cant hit Dooku, via Dooku being much much faster after Dooku realizes he cant do any physical damage to Sasuke he will resort to mind hax and defeat Sasuke.

Dooku can resist anything Sasuke throws at him, he has far better Mind resistance and hax

Round 1: Dooku might not use mind hax straight away, but his TK and tutaminis allow him to negate any of Sasuke's abilities, and he's more skilled than Sasuke by a huge margin.

Round 2 is a stomp


Also Anakin is a better opponent.
