If Eternity is the personification of time how come he doesn't have time manipulation. Maybe a mixup with Infinity, who is the personification of space, but does not have spacial manipulation?

I'd say this is a strange mismatch, It's like comparing the Universe to Time, neither are the winner because they need each other, like Dialga and Palkia, they can't defeat each other and I believe this Match up would turn out the say way, they are two sides of the same coin.
