Esdeath's Time Stop vs generic Time Stop

We all know Esdeath has a rather... strange variation of Time Stop. So I have 2 question regarding her time stop and her resistance to it:

1. If Esdeath uses Time Stop on a person that can move in stopped time but has no cold resistance, can that person still can move in stopped time?

2. The opposite of 1: Can Esdeath move in stopped time if someone uses the generic time stop on her?

I don't see why simple cold resistance would allow someone to move in Esdeath's time stop. Even if it's ice manipulation based, it's on a much different scale.

Isn't it something like Rudeus' molecular flash freeze, but hitting everything including the space itself?

1. Debatable but they probably can move

2. Esdeath can use Maha padma so she can resist it's cold, she should be immune.

EDIT: Sorry you meant the usual timestoping for the second question? Nah she would get stopped moat likely.

Using Time manipulation doesn't give you resistance to Time manipulation.

Bayonetta freely stops time whenever she wishes, yet she gets stopped in time by Balder, using Hax doesn't equal resistance.

I can't say for the first however.
