I’m not the deepest into Akame Ga Kill Scaling at all it’s been a while since I watched it but I’ll give my input

First Off Esdeath has a absurd Durability Advantage in Comparision to Shiggy’s conventional AP although With Decay this wouldn’t be an issue but he won’t be scratching her with an Air canon or a physical Blow.

Next would be the time stop which honestly could decide the fight if and only if you think she has the AP and Crush Shiggy’s Head completely in a short time frame Although this depends on whatever her AP in Tons are as Shiggy is somewhere around 5.3 Megatons.

Shiggy tagging her would also be very difficult as she can sense anyone in her nearby vicinity with Murderous intent and has reacted to attacks she cannot see and has Inhumane H2H skill and she’s also got her Rapier.
Shiggy is very impressive but he’s simply no match still in this department.

And there are also her Ice attacks would would be hard for Shiggy to evade although he’d probably be able to regen if he gets tagged by a Icicle or two.
Still not great though to deal with.

And she has Psuedo Flight Granted shiggy can probably do it too but this makes sure Decay waves won’t tag and kill her

Only Shigaraki's decay can kill her, so his other attacks are worthless. His massive decay wave won't work against an opponent who's flying, he might not even try it though considering Search would let him know she can fly. It's also let him know of her time stop, which is something that can end this fight if she uses it properly.

At range he can't kill her, but he can decay any fatal ranged attacks, as shown during his fight with Re-Destro, he can decay projectiles that can one shot him. Though he can't stop all of them, his regeneration will take care of the rest or he can dodge them.

Stabbing him in the head wouldn't kill him, as he can regen some brain damage. Like how Hood regenerates his brain as Endeavor was burning it from the inside, and how Woman was able to regenerate after Mirko crushed the top of her brain. She need to completely crush it, over slice it in half at least.

She could outlast him from a distance, if she injures him enough and causes his body to begin breaking down. But I don't think she'd just avoid him from a distance and range spam, considering she never really did that against Akame even though it would've been the smart thing to do.

Up close Esdeath is far superior, but it helps that he can match her speed. Shigaraki doesn't need to worry about any injures he takes, he can power through her attacks in an attempt to touch her. It could take her off guard to see an opponent not react to being impaled or sliced, though I don't think he could kill her here.

Her time stop is the biggest factor here.

Esdeath doesn't use Makahadoma freely, and I don't think she'd use it against Shigaraki unless she felt like she had to. She is basically fighting a less skilled Akame, who can regenerate, has a higher pain tolerance, and less reach. If he somehow touches her, she can sever the limb he touched before it can spread far. Though this depends on where he touched her, if he manages to touch her stomach she's dead period, though I doubt he can do that.

I think Esdeath takes this more times then not though, she has far more options to end this fight, compared to Shigaraki who's going to be struggling. Her superiority at close range combat, along with her flight, range advantage, and time stop should give her the victory.
