There is way too much of a speed advantage on Bambietta's side for Esdeath to even stand a chance, unless Esdeath is able to stop time at a moment where Bambietta is distracted.
However, Bambietta is many, many times faster than Esdeath, and with attacks that ignore durability, Esdeath's chances don't look too good here.
