Hi,
i thought about this for a while, it would explain why escanor got such a fast power up in his fight with esterossa:
escanor was at the time the sun went up at around 50k, if we say the sun appeared at 6am, than he would have only 6 hours until peak, that would add another 50k to his powers, at least if we think about the powerup in a linear fashion, maybe his increase increases too the closer he comes to his peak...
it would explain why escanor got so much stronger in such a short amount of time,
he could get stronger in a faster rate the close he comes to the peak, and at the moment he reaches his peak he could have a powerlvl that cant be measured,
think about it, the growth rate of his gets faster the closer he gets to the peak, and the closer he gets the faster his growth rate is, in short, at the peak of his power, for a single moment, he gets to be infinite powerlvl wise and the decrease of power happens the same way,
this would also explain why he has so much difficulties controlling his powers even after so many years, it certainly would be hard mastering such a unstable growth rate
how does this idea sound? who would want to see it being confirmed in the story?
