Nah, she wouldn't one shot nor have the chance to use any of her armors. She is gunna time stop then cut her head off. Erza was struggling with sand guy, who is weaker than dimaria, the Irene thing is pis. Erza can't one shot any spriggan. Maybe with power of friendship boost, but normally no.
And it's pis because she received no power up from ajeel to Irene. Who is above larcade who can block a sword slash from someone that is comparable to erza with two fingers.

nakagami would negate the time stop, the problem is - she has no way of applying it. If the time is stopped, she cant equip it. Erza would only start with it if she had knowledge.
