realistically no, they are just pretty hot. hot enough to quickly melt steel. and because of that heat they cut most things like butter. claiming that it means durability negation... well, in that case just think about how many other things negate durability by this logic...

Okay so since Erza has the range advantage she can just spam swords at him in intervals from different directions after noticing he can push away a full frontal assault. Ezra being 2X still means the swords would hurt him significantly.

Spamming swords at him is completely useless as he needs to think in order to propell them away with TK.

Also, if she decides to play the range game and Spam swords, Ezra pushes his hand a bit and Erza slams into a wall without any idea how that happened.

That said, Erza probably will win this ultimately as her superior skill in close quarters as well as her protection with armor gives her a vital edge that she needs in order to overpower him, plus the massive versatility she has works well given she has access to all her armors

Summoning swords around him at range won't giver the victory, but rather taking him on in close quarters

Unless you're telling me that swords hundreds of meters away are somehow hitting Ezra without making physical contact, their travel time in distance means they teach his range

Not like spamming outside his range would actually do anything as that gives him plenty of time for his Precog to kick in and TK them away

This also assumes she will be Several Hundred Meters away spamming swords when 90% of her fights she is well within dozens of meters away from her opponent.

You're tactic of her range spamming someone physically stronger with TK and Precog will not give her the victory, her best bet is getting up close.

I will still say:

Ezra could block or even shove away Erza's raining blades with force, his clairvoyance help check Erza's possible moves and once he knows Erza's CQC prowess (which is just a matter of time), he will just kite or even TK her back at a distance. Erza does not resist telekinesis well (if she resists at all) at her 7-C key phase afaik.

Ezra still TKs and draws Poliwrath on Erza with his light saber (if force-choking her is too OOC) for better skills and attacks Erza cannot effectively defend.

Ezra is certainly not skilled enough to force her back in close quarters, especially by comparison to Erza.

Ezra himself, in canon, is still a flawed fighter in close quarters. As shown by his sparring, he will not realize her skill until it's too late and he gets slashed open.
