If this is so, then that would mean the EBF 1 keys should basically scale in speed from the second game since there is no implication of Matt and Natalie getting stronger between 1 and 2 since they were recovering at the time.

Would it be too much to add some of the smaller feats from final fantasy battle, attack of black mages 5, and one more final battle in there.

Are they even stated/shown to be canon to Epic Battle Fantasy? If not, then it’s just for their own profiles somewhat like trying to add Brawl Royale or Adventure Story depictions.

Catt in FF battle has a grave ebf4 and zombie goku is referenced in the art gallery to have came back from the dead which he does get killed in FF battle, natalie references the red mage from ABM5 in ebf2, and lancelot from one more final battle has grave a in ebf4

My only issue with brawl Royale not being cannon well besides the implied weird falling out between Matt and Nattile cause of the meow meow summon accidentally killing her in one more final battle. it's zombie goku, in the ebf1 art gallery it's implied he's resurrected and came back from the dead several times so FF battle is connected. So him coming as a stronger boss in ebf1 rather than being on par Matt with where both can oneshot eachother can make sense.

Checking his description in the first game, it does actually mention his appearance in No Name, although the Earth was destroyed at the end. The horizontal cut on Goku's chest in EBF1 was meant to reference his injury in Brawl Royale, though again the Earth was destroyed in that game. Then again, the Earth being recreated may have something to do with the Devourer restarting the simulation to repair Earth while also retconing Matt and Natalie's deaths at the end of EBF1 in EBF2 by saying they survived with heavy injuries to a point where it took a long time for them to recover.

If we do choose to use the animations as feats for the profiles, then No Name does have a notable feat of Goku destroying Earth, and if Brawl Royale is canon, we can likely re-add the FTL rating to the pre-EBF2 keys while also adding new keys for pre-EBF stuff.

I can definitely believe in the devourer low key retconing the plot of ebf1 and ebf2. But I'm a save the devourer plot manip discussion for whenever the ebf5 CRT rolls around.

If FF battle and one more final battle get added in then Matt is getting Kuzuryūsen and renzokuken in his notable skills. let's go

Pre ebf Matt hits you with the skill issue

I guess this will have to do since Aniplex feels like copyright striking this month.

Pretty sure this will be included in my later CRT for this which includes adding the pre-EBF keys

Heaven's gate definitely needs a update in powers and abilities section cause the fandom page practically makes it looks more impressive.

Heaven's gate in Eb2 can induce blindness with unleash. Ebf3 can reduce opponent's accuracy with attacks, casts shine which can reduce accuracy even further or inflict weaken by ebf4. Resistance to Holy, Dispell, weaken, and tired by rest of games.

Changing the difficulty settings which Matt kinda breaks the 4th wall at one point to tell you lower it. What inherently stops the player from making equipment remix a equipment option.

Then again, isn’t there an achievement in that game which is one of the many medals needed to get access to the all medals room (It tells you to play a custom game up until you get to Greenwood Village)? But again, we can’t tell if that 100% completion bonus is canon. You can pretty much think of the Grand Gallery as a piece of optional bonus exploration that isn’t canon in a similar manner to the Battle Mountain in the fourth game. Plus, that achievement is exclusive to the paid version of the game, which isn’t present in the free version.

I guess you can consider it in game bonus content that doesn't impact the story that much but still is optional as equipment in a alternate version sense.
