So i just read a Death Battle of Gilgamesh vs DIO on Deviantart in which DIO loses

I just got a question about his defeat

Basically,after receiving some blows and understanding that DIO power is to stop time,Gilgamesh pulls Ea and activates Enuma Elish which destroys the Stopped Time

What i want to ask is:Is Ea capable of destroying Stopped Time?
