There's also the fact that Enerjak resists conceptual manipulation as the combined forces of Aurora and the Ancient Walkers couldn't destroy him. I guess that's up to the Unicron experts to explain.
 
I'm gonna say Unicron takes it. Enerjak can't stop Unicron from making him mathmatically impossible to exist.

Enerjak is more powerful and he can erase concepts,

Unicron has Mid-Godly regen tho, so idk if Jak can bypass that.
 
Not neccesarily. Even if they are beyond the concept of death they can have a soul. God (Tokyo Babel)'s profile even says he has a soul.

Most nonexistent beings lack souls, however.
 
Don't know to be honest, but I mean Enerjak technically has one? If you can call it that. Anyways I can see this fight go either way. Both have ways of dealing with the other
