Energy beings fit better in Incorporeality, as they outright lack a physical form, unlike, for example, a robot or a golem, who have physical bodies but are made or metal and stone.

why not both, probably elemental intangibility too

Incorporeality already include those inorganic physiology. Writing them as elemental intangibility is like saying they have a true physical body which they don't if you are incorporeal.
Incorporeality and elemental i tangibility are 2 different abilities with different nature.
So best just write as Incorporeal
It can have elemental intangibility if it can create avatar that has physical form and can be intangible. But even then its kinda redundant. If you can just explain his incorporeality in descriptions
