Only scales to himself though.

Hey just wanted to ask, would Avengers Assemble Black Widow be Country level? She was able to punch Absorbing Man's head and knock him away while he had absorbed metal in Ultimate Spider-Man (and Skaar struggling against him if I remember correctly.)
