Look like mismatch to me only way for natsu to win this fight is by speed advantage but now speed is equal

Yeah, it's probably a mismatch now that speed is equalized.

To be fair, Delsin starts off with his Concrete power, which is probably his most underdeveloped power. Smoke is probably ineffective against Natsu, since it's just gonna power him up, and the only source of Neon is a mile away. Video is probably a good power though. And he can't freely switch between powers.
