Nephrite can overpowered Garnet who is stronger than Ruby who scales to 274.23 Megatons, while Elder Centipede are comparable or stronger than Gouketsu who did 715.8 Megatons feat. He also got higher LS than Nephrite.
Nephrite's acid are dangerous but considering Elder Centipede size it will take extremely long time to work, and there is a possibility he can molten his shell to become more durable. Elder Centipede can also eat the creature and melt it gemstone with his own acid as well.

First, you must specify that Nephrite is in corrupted form in the rules, just to make it more organized.
well, as said above, Elder Centipede has AP and LS advantage, besides the use of acid would not be as effective against Elder Centipede due to his size, besides that he could only eat Nephrite, I think this fight can be a stomp if speed is equalized

She scales garnet, not steven
The steven key you mentioned is not comparable to Nephrite as they have never interacted in Nephrite's corrupted form, and steven in this key will be stronger than garnet as it is comparable to the Dimonds
the feat you mentioned shows LS not AP
