And madara's immortality is absolutely reliant on having his soul intact. Yhwach destroys souls, a blast from Yhwach will destroy Madara's soul along his body. So, yeah, stomp. And I dont want the "people in bleach dont harm souls in bodies" because that's absolutely false given that everyone is using their souls to battle. Their souls have durability. Madara's soul, as per Naruto's standards, is fodder, a regular soul.
