One day, Ed and Patrick were discussing whether buttered toast or Krabby Patties were better. It ended up getting heated, which lead to Ed calling Patrick "Tubby Pinhead Rick", so as payback, Patrick puts a pebble in Ed's shoe. The fight is on.

Mainly the two have a lot of abilities that cancel each other out as well as both would have trouble putting each other down but Ed’s sound manip would be able to put down Patrick since it can knock out people with it
