Well let's try this.

Ebrietas:

+ Passive madness hax

+ Emits her madness-causing blood as an attack

+ Completely invisible

Japhet:

+ Soul hax

+ Matter hax

+ Summons

+ Statuses are good

Verdict:

Not sure. Japhet may manage to interact with Ebrietas considering how her invisibility works. If he can, Japhet wins via better attacks. Hunter can perceive a faint outline of the Amygdala without any insight, if he gets close enough, so I think that is a strong possibility.

As of right now I'm leaning Japhet 6/10.
 
I'd like to note that yes, Ebrietas' mind hax does present a barrier. But A. Japhet is already arguably insane and functions fine and B. Even the civilians that are becoming insane from the Great Ones can still function and fight just fine. Her mindhax isn't overly potent.
