Also Secondhand is intangible while running so he's not gonna be affected by the explosion even if Goku appears on him

I mean, if he keeps running that much, he's gonna get hurt. Furthermore, his supply of explosives is limited, and his regular attacks get blocked by the gi.

He has the stamina to resist it to the point that he can spend a good amount of time using his power despite getting hurt. He doesn't just instantly dies when he uses his power

Just because stats are equal doesn't mean that a ki user would just die to a bomb
The speedster would have to damage him to the point that he would take damage unless these bombs bypass conventional durability or something. Gokus face tanked ki explosions from characters comparable to him even. Like when he fought final form frieza.
