Afaik Ash in general won't really use the Necronomicon as he's too afraid of what it can do, but in theory he could BFR Kyle to the past with it. Atm I'll vote Kyle via healing, disease manip and teleportation giving him better lasting power. I don't think gravity manip will do much considering Ash's better LS though.
 
Huh, the OP said all weapons so I assumed he had that on him. If not I might need to rethink this, also might need to determine a starting distance

Oh, didn't realize that. Yeah, SiCK Bomb is pretty dangerous as it can cause an extreme case of explosive that can send the affected flying

Something else to note is that Kyle can just jump into his car which can be electrified or shoot streams of flames
 
Yeah that's gonna be nasty, Ash does have stupid pain tolerance so he won't be instantly incapped at least and he does have his deathcoaster car too at least so there's that. If its all stuff though I'll vote Kyle mid difficulty here, in theory Ash can BFR him with the Necronomicon but that requires him to read a passage and recite it which he generally fumbles. But if they get close Ash has a chance there too hence I feel this match is valid.
