Does it work on a molecular or atomic level? I'm always confused about it.

Yeah, I've seen that before but I always see others saying it works on an atomic level which is why I'm confused.

atomic level - dont know but in muu page he can use Atomic Destruction via Jinto

Yes people confuse this all the time, myself included. According to the Fourth Databook it seems Jinton disintegrates on a molecular level.
It's weird though. On Onoki's page it says Molecular Manipulation (with Jinton), then a bit lower says (Jinton ignores durability since it works on atomic level). While in Muu's page it says Atomic Destruction. Wut? Someone should fix these.

Atomic disintegration was probably a mistranslation.
