Speed equalized.

Two weeks of preparation with knowledge of all their opponents abilities, personality, and habits in combat.

Edit: Superman only has his basic equipment.

Both are completely in-character.

I have been told that KR doesn't work based on kills or if the target is good or and that the admins haven't gotten around to fixing that on Sans's page so that is the assumption that I am using for this match up.

Didn't think of that. Fixed it.

Haven't played undertake, but with prep time for both, I see only one of two scenarios. The first is, Superman knows that sans could lock him in place, so he goes right for a knockout. The second is Sans knows everything Superman can do,ok s he goes to lock him in place. Superman is resistant to most of Sans' other hax, so that seems the most likely thing for Sans to try. Not really sure which would be more likely to occur first.

For the record KR does get past resistances to soul manipulation.

Ah, I see. I don't think that's enough to give him the win by any stretch, but actually being able to hurt Superman is a plus.

Full knowledge of all opponent abilities, personalities and habits in combat?

Uhhh...

Does that mean Superman knows his whole attack pattern off by heart? With the legendary "First attack" and "special move"?

As usual, I'll say it. If sans's soul manip can take down Chara, it can take down someone infinitely weaker than Chara. If he clips Superman, Superman dies

On the other hand though, Superman can do the exact same thing thanks to being easily billions of times stronger than sans. If he clips sans, sans dies.

Sans can TP out of the way of cold breath, knows to stay out of line of sight to counter heat vision, but he can't really do much if Superman just claps his hands and causes a massive shockwave, which he'd probably do seeing as he knows his opponent can and will teleport to stay away so he'd want to use something with AoE

With both having full knowledge, I'm leaning towards Superman, but only just, thanks to him knowing to use AoE right off the bat.

They don't what the attacks look like but they know what that attacks are and do. Just because they know each others habits doesn't mean they know there exact strategies.
