Hmmmm.....Well both have the exact same Immortality (types 1, 3 and 4), Morpheus has better Regenerationn, Multi-Eternity only has Mid-Godly Regen while Morpheus has High-Godly Regenerationn, in terms of abilities they are pretty much equal, I vote Inconclusive, but Morpheus has the edge with better Regen, however Morpheus only is Likely High 1-B meanwhile Multi-Eternity is just High 1-B so it equalizes the difference.....this is Inconclusive.
