I do not think much of the nen like fear, madness and death stuff would work on Ayaka due to her artificial mind that is located in her dimensional storage.

She would most likely just use Dragon Breath at first due to the starting distance until he is dead but I have not watched HxH in years so I will wait for more imput.

Her starting move is Dragon Language (specifically Dragon Breath and Dragon Claws)

Dragon Claws ignores durability and Dragon Scale is passive

Has multiple AIs/Units inside her that analyses the situation and how to proceed against a threat. Each Unit/AI has a specific function too

The Dragon Claws is the problem here since Meruem doesn't have a counter to. But if it's down to H2H fight, I can see him pulling up a win, but then again I think she has the edge in this fight.

It should be notes that aside from being over two times stronger tha Meruem she also has "Dragon Scales" which absorb the blunt force of attacks so Meruem doing accumulative damage would be considerably harder.

Nope, but she can deal with that with Dragon Scales and by analyzing how he fights and how to counter

And she usually starts with Dragon Claws if the target is close enough, so H2H fight might not be a great idea for Meruem

She's not that haxed, it's just Muruem's practically haxless, and any skill advantage he might have is countered by her extrasensory and precognitive abilities.

Add onto that an AP advantage, Hax adavntage, and KE absorption and I see no legit way Meruem can win.
