There are obviosly different incarnations of Goku and Dragon Ball universes. However the Super manga took a very different from the Super anime. This begs for a manga profile for dragon ball characters because it makes no sense for Super characters to get their prior Z feats from the manga only. I would imagine someting like this: Son Goku (manga), Son Goku (anime) or (DBZ Kai), Son Goku (Super), Son Goku (Non-canon) or (GT).

Manga- would have all the manga feats from 5-B to 4-B

Anime- would have all the Kai feats from 5-B to 4-A and would be the profile connected to the Super profile.

Super- shuold stay the same

Non-canon should have all movie feats, and all GT feats

Hopefully this idea would help would be... ACTUALLY USEFUL OvO

But the Super manga goes in a very different direction. I also think having (anime) and (manga) are necessary since they're so different.

EDIT: Should this be highlighted?

It wouldn't be necessary, this isn't the big deal.

People have the greenlight to make the M. Zamasu profile time ago iirc, but they're looking for a calc for shaking the universe; other profiles are pretty similar to the anime contrapart, so at the time they aren't necessary.

People wouldn't make them if there's no placeholder, and that is M. Zamasu profile (and maybe Black), the still too similar to their anime contrapart, although personally I have no issue with them.

Are you guys sure about this though, because it's like the dragon ball timeline was in a strait line but was split in two.

The Dragon Ball Super manga and anime are both official canon, despite being different, so I suppose that a profile for DBS manga Goku might be warranted, but I am not certain. It is probably best to wait for more staff input.

The manga is going to continue after the tournament, so we probably are going to make a profile for manga Goku.

It is possible at least, but I am not quite sure.

The battle of the gods events from the anime happened the same way in the manga with the universe being in jeopardy from Goku and Beerus's clash.

Not really, in the anime they were repeating again and again that Goku and Beerus would destroy the universe, meanwhile in the manga is only one panel of them shaking the universe.

"The universe is in jeopardy" For all intents and purposes both events seem exactly the same, even with the shockwaves present.

There is a calc for shaking the universe and it was high-end 3-C.
People says this but there's no such calc of that in this wiki, if it exist, it needs to be evaluated first.

I would also like to say that their are also non-conon abilities such as Goku absorbing the spirit bomb, dragon fist and false ssj.

So what do the other staff members think? Should we allow a manga Dragon Ball Super profile?

I've stated previously that I have no issue with those profiles (I have no issues with the existence of several profiles actually), but they still needs a placeholder calc; I would calculated if I known a method to do so.

I'm only okay with profiles for Goku and the Zamasus. They're the only characters with significantly different powers.

Okay. I also do not think that we should have several DBS manga profiles. Goku should be enough.

Welp, besides another transformation, Black has all the kaioshin powers (not remember if the anime version has it too tho); Vegeta is fair similar to its anime version, with only one more transformation and attack.

But yeah, at the time everything else is pretty much the same (not counting scaling).

Don't know why you are bringing it up again when in the last thread the matter was dealt with. They shook the universe, yes. And they were going to destroy the universe too, same as anime.

No, there is no profile on this wiki that is 3-A because the universe is in jeopardy. I'm pretty sure we treat that as hyperbole.

Anime and manga are two different things, in the manga they will never be Low 2-C because Infinite Zamasu never existed.

The feat was calced here but using only 4 galaxies.

Perhaps some calc group member would be willing to redo it?

Why would the same exact event as the anime be hyperbole in the manga? That makes no sense.

Because is not the same thing?

Look at this panel, do you really think that if the anime had never existed, someone (In this wiki) would treat this at universe level?

Welp, adding the radius of the observable universe in that calc, the result would be 3.5066*10^68 J; however, the planet Earth in DB is localized at the edge of the universe, making the high-end 1.4027*10^69. Other numbers were unaltered cuz I don't known what is doing the original calculator.

Well the anime does exist, and the manga is adapted from it, so yes.

Then manga Zamasu is Low 2-C because he is an adaptation from anime Zamasu :p

Don't start making false equivalencies now. Clearly the Black arc is portrayed differently.

Now seriously, in the anime there was an entire episode of them saying that the universe will be destroyed, meanwhile in the manga there is only one panel of them saying the universe is in jeopardy, that's not the same thing at all.
