Superman isn't even real, just a cosplay of some farmboy from Kansas. Mr Satan is the real deal and has proven his abilities time and time again and defeated Beerus, Cell, Zeno, God, Anime, and Toriyama himself in hand to hand combat. One megaton punch and his vapor.
(memes aside, even in a real battle Superman would totally throw the fight with Mr Satan. No way he would ever tear down another worlds great hero for his own ego, especially for a guy who inspires so much hope, even if he is a con artist.)
