You can see in the globes, the non-cannon/cosmos is a little bigger then the Mortal Universe that has the size of normal universe, shouldn't characters like Beerus or Champa be Universal+ since their universe is bigger? Ps: the Mortal Universe has countless galaxies

@SS, there's many reasons why they're not universe+. For one, the non-canon universe is subsribed to the BS 4 galaxies thing, so being bigger does nothing. Two, our real universe has countless galaxies, without the +. It wouldn't make them 2-C for having countles galaxies. Three, and finally, it could be one million times bigger, and it would still be 3-A.

TL;DR: Timespace has to be affected to be in the tier 2 range.
