If getting struck by electricity and not slowing you down a single bit is shown, I think electricity resistance makes sense. I'm neutral on air manipulation; he is punching air into Jiren but some might argue it's just punching with great precision. Though, if those were shockwaves, they'd be more omnidirectional, so I'm more so leaning towards that being air bending.

Shouldn't Goku already resist lightning based on him survivng Master Roshi's lightning surprise attack for very long?

Also Frieza got struck by lightning on Namek with absolutely no effect

Fusion Zamasu's Lightning of Absolution has more electricity potency than suppressed part 1 Roshi's.

I agree with UI Goku and Roshi, but in Fusion Zamasu case it look like he just shape his ki blast to look like a lighting bolt................i could be wrong though

I think a more concrete feat would be the Electric Shock that he used on Goku and Vegeta immediately after.
