Well no he doesnt have some sort of ability to predict where hit will attack he just makes guessing as to where he will be hmm but looking at it again he did do it multiple times so it could be some form of low level precog, i just think goku adapted to his fighting style and because of it knew how to counter hit.Aimenaltair said:

Should we wait a bit to upgrade Hit? As in, wait for more explanations on how exacty does his technique work?
He's clearly "at least 3-B" if he's able to inflict that amount of damage to a SSB though.
